Maple Valley runs about 30 miles from downtown Seattle with an average commute around 38 minutes. Black Diamond sits about 31 to 33 miles out, roughly 42 to 51 minutes on SR-169. Bonney Lake is about 16 miles from Tacoma and roughly 38 miles from Seattle via SR-410, with the Sounder commuter train in nearby Sumner.
School districts differ by town: Tahoma in Maple Valley, mostly Enumclaw with some Tahoma in Black Diamond, and Sumner-Bonney Lake in Bonney Lake. When a home matters, We confirm the exact catchment before you fall in love with an address.
