Joe has recruited Gail, otherwise known as "Mom," to be a part of his team of professionals. Her extensive background in public works, building, and community development adds value and a unique knowledge base to his list of services. Her attention to detail and customer service skills aid his mission of providing excellent service to his clients. Gail is present to corroborate the best possible process and assist clients in achieving their goals. When selling your home, she will provide consultation on how best to present your home through preparation and marketing. Gail is a licensed broker and has been a real estate assistant for several years, giving her the ability to provide technical support when needed, which helps deliver seamless service not all brokers provide. Professional and personable, you will always have communication throughout your transaction. She takes pride in her role as a member of her Son's real estate team.

Rylee

Transaction Coordinator

Rylee has been surrounded by family in the real estate industry for most of her life. Since graduating early from high school, she has been expanding her customer service and leadership skills at previous jobs. Before becoming a licensed transaction coordinator, she was an Assistant General Manager at a local restaurant for almost 2 years. She takes pride in her work and loves motivating others to reach their goals. Originally from Montana, Rylee recently relocated to the Phoenix Area with her family. You can find her lying by the pool or singing her heart out at a concert.

Administrative Assistant

Hermie has a background in administration and marketing, bringing a mix of organizational and communication skills to the Perkins & Associates team. He studied at the Krem Institute of Artificial Intelligence, where he developed both technical knowledge and an understanding of marketing. In his role, he supports marketing efforts and helps manage and promote listings.
